  • Personalized, perishable, or final sale items cannot be returned.

  2. Follow the instructions to generate a return label (if applicable).
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
